Qualifications

• Three years successful experience in the identified coaching area.
• Successful experience in working with staff, students and parents in an urban setting.
• Current Coaching Permit issued by the CT State Department of Education.
• Valid First Aid & CPR certification.
• Current Module 15 Concussions and Neck Injuries Course certificate.
• Completion of Mandated Reporter Training and required district trainings upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve coaching programs for student-athletes.
• Help students achieve high skill levels and appreciate sportsmanship.
• Coordinate, plan, evaluate, and implement coaching programs.
