The Town of Frisco is seeking an Adventure Park Winter Attendant to deliver tubing hill services and guest support at Frisco Adventure Park. You will conduct safety briefings, assist guests with tube selection, manage lift loading, and contribute to overall guest services while working in a dynamic outdoor winter environment.
Role includes opening/closing duties, terrain maintenance, and adherence to safety practices; holidays, evenings, and weekends required.
Formación
- High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
- CPR/AED & First Aid certification required or ability to obtain within 6 months (seasonal/temporary provided by Town).
- Preferred: Valid Colorado Driver’s License.
Responsabilidades
- Direct guests to lanes and enforce safety procedures.
- Provide safety briefings and assist with lift loading/unloading.
- Deliver exceptional guest service with clear communication and a smile.
- Assist in base area ticketing, tube selection and general guest services.
- Inspect tubing equipment and report safety issues promptly.
- Perform opening/closing duties and terrain maintenance as needed.
