Wintergreen Resort is seeking staff to assist guests in the Tubing Park. The role includes preparing the tubing area for opening, maintaining lanes, and ensuring safe loading/unloading for guests on tubes and conveyors.

You will communicate park rules, complete required paperwork, and assist with lift-ticket checks as needed. Positions are seasonal full-time or part-time, with shifts spanning late November through mid-March.

Qualifications

• Must interact with guests in a safe, friendly, and positive manner.
• Able to work outdoors for extended periods in all types of weather.
• Seasonal full-time or part-time position; role begins late November/early December and ends mid-March.

Responsabilités

• Assist guests in the Tubing Park and maintain a safe, orderly flow of guests.
• Prepare tubing park for opening and maintain tubing lanes throughout the day.
• Ensure safe loading/unloading of guests on the tube and conveyor; check lift tickets as needed.
• Adhere to opening/closing procedures and policies; communicate rules to guests.
• May assist Lift Operations as needed.
