Job summary

Killington/Pico Ski Resort Partners LLC is seeking a Guest Services Greeter to be the first point of contact for guests, indoors and outdoors. You will assist with online purchases, troubleshoot ticket pick-up kiosks, and help with Lost & Found, while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.

The role requires standing for extended periods, outdoor work in cold weather, and flexibility to cover holidays and weekends as part of a dynamic resort team.

Qualifications

• High school education (including currently enrolled).
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to navigate mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct guests indoors and outdoors to enhance the Beast experience.
• Assist guests with online purchasing indoors and outdoors.
• Troubleshoot ticket pick-up kiosk issues and help guests with Lost & Found items.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment and support snow removal when needed.
• Support other areas of the resort as needed by the Guest Services team.

Compensation and Benefits:Compensation: Hourly wage, adjusted based on experience.Benefits: Seasonal position eligible for a season pass for employee/dependents and privileges at several other resorts. Several discount programs (i.e. food & beverage, retail/rental, tickets, etc.) also available.Job Summary:The first member of the Guest Services Team to greet and direct guests, indoors and outdoors! This is a small, dynamic and fun team responsible for not only meeting but exceeding customer expectations.
