Qualifications

• Must be an undergraduate currently enrolled in a full‑time academic program from an accredited college or university.
• Available to work 40 hours per week (M-F, 8am-5pm).
• Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; data analysis and visualization skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project planning and tracking progress.
• Coordinate with diverse departments to ensure timely equipment delivery.
