As a Co-op you will build self-service analytics, automate reporting, and present findings to leadership to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

  • Must be enrolled as an undergraduate in a full-time academic program.
  • Available to work 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm).
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficient in coding, PowerBI, Snowflake and cloud data platforms.
  • Experience with AI tools or automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards for real-time visibility into operational, quality, and business metrics.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate reporting needs into dashboards.
  • Develop KPIs, metrics, and scorecards to support data-driven decisions across manufacturing, quality, and supply chain.
  • Create executive dashboards summarising trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Transform datasets into intuitive visualisations for quick trend identification and attention areas.
  • Build automated reporting to improve accuracy and timeliness of business reporting.
  • Develop drill-down analytics for root-cause analysis and performance investigations.
  • Integrate data from multiple enterprise systems for a consolidated view.
  • Monitor dashboard adoption and refine visuals based on feedback.
  • Ensure data integrity, governance, and consistent reporting.

Winter 2027 Co-op - Quality Systems - Burlington, MA

As a Winter 2027 Co-op - Quality Systems in Burlington, MA at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), you will be a part of the beverage revolution. You will be working in a fast-paced, highly technical environment that produces some of KDP's most popular beverages. Shift/Schedule
  • The KDP 2027 Winter Co-op Program will run from January 4th to May 21st, 2027
  • Location: Burlington, MA
  • Full-time; 40 hours per week
  • Monday-Friday
  • 8:00am until 5:00pm

As a Quality Systems Co-op you will:
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards to provide real-time visibility into operational, quality, and business performance metrics.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate reporting needs into actionable dashboard solutions.
  • Develop and standardise KPIs, metrics, and scorecards to support data-driven decision-making across manufacturing, quality, and supply chain functions.
  • Create executive-level dashboards that summarise key business trends, performance indicators, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Transform complex datasets into intuitive visualisations that enable users to quickly identify trends, exceptions, and areas requiring attention.
  • Build automated reporting solutions that reduce manual data collection and improve the accuracy and timeliness of business reporting.
  • Develop drill-down analytics capabilities to support root cause analysis and operational performance investigations.
  • Integrate data from multiple enterprise systems to provide a consolidated view of business performance.
  • Monitor dashboard adoption and effectiveness, continuously enhancing visualisations and metrics based on stakeholder feedback.
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and governance within reporting and dashboard solutions.
  • Deliver actionable insights through data visualisation, trend analysis, and performance benchmarking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify reporting opportunities and implement scalable business intelligence solutions.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by developing dashboards that track project performance, KPI attainment, and business outcomes.
  • Create self-service analytics tools that empower business users to access and analyse data independently.
  • Present dashboard findings and performance insights to leadership teams to support strategic planning and operational decision-making.

  • Engaging and partnering on innovative projects to gain experience in a challenging, cross-functional team environment
  • Participate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organisation leaders
  • Receive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presenting
  • Be paired with a mentor to enhance your knowledge of other parts of the business and build your network
  • Complete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department vice president and other KDP stakeholders
Total Rewards
  • $31/hour
  • Paid bi-weekly
  • $5,000 Sign-on Bonus, paid within first 30 days of employment
Requirements
  • Must be an undergraduate currently enrolled in a full-time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Data Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Analytics, Engineering, Supply Chain or another related field.
  • Available to work 40 hours per week (M-F, 8am-5pm)
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise requests, and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilities
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and a self-starter
  • Strong skills in Coding, PowerBI, Snowflake, cloud data platforms
  • Experience using AI or MS Power Automate, Tableau, is a plus
