Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. invites you to join as a Winter 2027 Mechanical Engineering Co-op in Knoxville, TN. You will experience an end-to-end machine installation lifecycle, from equipment delivery through startup, partnering with vendors and plant teams on the manufacturing floor.
You will develop cross-functional skills, gain exposure to CAD/3D printing, and participate in commissioning activities across multiple sites, including Spartanburg, SC. The program runs January–May 2027.
Winter 2027 Co-op - Mechanical Engineering As a Winter 2027 Mechanical Engineering Co-op at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), you will be a key part of the team that will install a new packaging line in our Knoxville, TN facility. This Co-op will experience the entire life cycle of a machine installation, from delivery of equipment to installation to startup/commissioning. This Co-op will gain experience working with various vendors (machine, mechanical, electrical, piping etc.), plant engineering, maintenance, operations, safety and quality. This role is aligned to the Coffee Operating Unit.
