Job summary

The Rudolph Libbe Group is seeking a Proposal Specialist in Walbridge, OH. This role joins a fast-paced proposals team, coordinating content from multiple departments to ensure accurate, consistent materials for winning bids and presentations.

You’ll support updates to charts, resumes and data sheets, and assist in producing proposal binders while meeting tight deadlines. You will use Adobe InDesign and PowerPoint, with some SharePoint and CRM experience, and collaborate with business

Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Brand Communications, Marketing, Business Writing or related major or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum of two years of professional experience in similar or related role is required.
Experience with SharePoint and other file-sharing systems.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and similar databases.

Responsibilities

Gather and evaluate content from preconstruction, business development and marketing teams to ensure thorough and consistent data in proposals.
Update materials regularly to keep resumes, experience and data sheets accurate.
Support updates to charts, tables and business development materials.
Assist in proposal production efforts such as printing and assembling binder covers and spines.
Work on a fast-paced proposals team and multi-task to meet tight deadlines.
