Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3 years of customer service experience.
• Casino experience in Marketing, Promotions, Public Relations, Special Events, and Advertising preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple promotions and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Detail oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Service Manager in promotions and marketing programs.
• Support implementation, execution, and reporting of property promotions.
• Develop customer service programs and training.
• Develop customer databases for marketing and host programs.
• Oversee promotional activities and coordination with departments.
• Ensure drawings and promotions reporting is completed.
• Supervise Winner’s Club hosts and guest communications.
• Handle customer service requests and resolve complaints.
• Maintain schedules and attendance records; prepare shift lists.
