Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a Training & Development General Manager in Missouri to lead restaurant operations and actively train new managers. You will oversee inventory, uniforms, training materials, and supplies while driving sales, guest satisfaction, and food quality.

The role emphasizes developing great leaders through hands-on coaching, standardization, and collaboration with Area Coaches to uphold Wingstop's high training standards.

Rise Up Restaurants is looking for an experienced Wingstop General Manager who is passionate about training, developing future leaders, and running a great restaurant.

This GM will lead a high-performing Wingstop while also taking an active role in training new managers and overseeing the region's inventory closet, uniforms, training materials, and operational supplies.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead the day-to-day operations of a successful Wingstop restaurant

• Train, coach, and develop new managers

• Provide hands-on training, feedback, and leadership development

• Partner with Area Coaches to ensure consistent training standards

• Maintain a restaurant that represents what great Wingstop operations should look like

• Oversee the region's inventory closet, including organization, inventory counts, distribution, and replenishment

• Maintain uniforms, training materials, and operational supplies

• Develop your team while driving sales, guest satisfaction, food quality, labor, and profitability
