Overview

We’re looking for excellent Shift Lead candidates to join our leadership team. The Shift Leader is a Team Member who has the ability to manage the day-to-day aspects of a Wingstop. They help direct and train Team Members, while assisting in goals driven by the GM and AGM. This role is a perfect starting point for those who show a management mindset and would like to learn more about Leadership in the Wingstop system. Role titles include Restaurant Team Lead / Crew Lead / Shift Manager.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day aspects of Wingstop operations. Direct and train Team Members. Assist in achieving goals driven by the GM and AGM. Help foster leadership development and a constructive, results-oriented team environment within the Wingstop system.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year of previous food service, retail, or restaurant supervisory experience.
• Food Handler Certification not required.
• Experience using a computer and register (POS) system.
• Available to work flexible hours that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, late nights and/or holidays.
