Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-volume kitchen and dining room, drive guest satisfaction, and grow sales. You will train, coach, and develop a team, manage daily operations, and protect brand standards.

This role requires proven leadership in a fast-paced restaurant, strong financial acumen (P&L, budgeting), hands-on supervision, and a commitment to a positive work culture. Expect a demanding yet rewarding environment with a focus on guest experience.
