Job summary

Leidos, in partnership with the 363rd Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Wing, seeks a mid level ISR Tactician to support Air Combat Command’s ISR enterprise at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Hampton, VA. The role focuses on shaping tactics, training, and modernization across a dynamic Wing.

Active TS/SCI clearance is required. The position drives continuous improvement, advances tactics development, and strengthens SOF ISR, targeting, and analysis capabilities to meet Joint All-Domain

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 4+ years of experience.
• ISR experience with the U.S. Department of Defense or another U.S. Government agency.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a current SSBI (TS with SCI eligibility accepted).
• Experience delivering instruction or public speaking to medium-to-large groups (15-40 personnel).

Responsibilities

• Develop concepts, methodologies, and integration strategies for Wing-level products and services, including advanced tactics analysis, targeting, and SOF ISR.
• Coordinate Mission Improvement Program inputs, Tactics Improvement Proposals, and Tactics After-Action Reports.
• Provide tactician expertise to modernize and optimize Wing analysis, targeting, and ISR processes.
• Conduct critical analysis of operational processes and recommend improvements aligned with subordinate unit needs.
• Assist DOK Program Managers across multiple meeting environments, including in-person, telecom, and VTC engagements.
• Assess program effectiveness, identify corrective actions, and support long-range planning, including budgetary projections.
