Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Targeting Program SME to support the ACC A22 Tradecraft Division at Joint Base Langley-Eustis in Hampton, VA. This role provides analytic, operational, technical, and planning support to modernize the ISR Enterprise.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 15 years of relevant experience or Master’s degree with 10 years experience.
Must possess a current DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance, single-scope background investigation.
Previous Air Force ISR and targeting experience.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, analytic skills, and problem solving ability.
Familiarity with Air Force and Joint Targeting and Kill-Chain processes, tools, and tradecraft.
Experience in requirements management and metrics development, tracking and delivering outcomes.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership to ensure timely completion of taskers and responses to information requests.
Oversee and review tasker responses for programmatic and technical accuracy.
Perform executive-level analysis applying advanced principles to planning, deployment, and enhancement of the ACC ISR Enterprise.
Evaluate material and non-materiel solutions through capabilities-based planning.
Develop innovative technical solutions to complex problems.
Review organizational structures and processes to improve ISR capabilities.
