Job summary

Leidos, in partnership with the 363rd Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Wing, seeks a mid-level ISR Tactician to shape tactics, training, and modernization across the Wing at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Hampton, VA.

Winner of this role will drive continuous improvement, modernization efforts, and SOF ISR capabilities to meet Joint All-Domain Operations requirements, with a Top Secret/SCI clearance and a multi-meeting work environment.

Qualifications

• ISR targeting experience with DoD or US Government
• Experience delivering instruction or public speaking to groups

Responsibilities

• Develop concepts and integration strategies for Wing-level products, including tactics analysis and SOF ISR.
• Coordinate Mission Improvement Program inputs, Tactics Improvement Proposals, and Tactics After-Action Reports.
• Provide tactician expertise to modernize Wing analysis, targeting, and ISR processes.
• Analyze operational processes and recommend improvements aligned with unit needs.
• Assist DOK Program Managers across in-person, telecom, and VTC meetings.
• Assess program effectiveness and support long-range planning and budget projections.
