Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year host experience or equivalent Tao Group Hospitality experience required
- Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant/nightclub/lounge
- Ability to write, read, and verbally communicate
Responsibilities
- Anticipate and accommodate guest needs with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entrance area and overall venue
- Comply with Department of Health regulations and company sanitation standards
- Actively take, confirm, and manage guest reservations
- Assist with incoming calls and answer guest questions
- Optimize reservation flow and seating availability to accommodate walk-ins
- Provide initial table setup support to the dining room team
- Perform opening/closing side work and related duties as directed
