This on-site, full-time role focuses on precise wing and shoulder cuts and line performance. Responsibilities include accurate cutting around the shoulder and scapula, blade maintenance, teamwork, and adherence to safety and quality standards in a noisy production environment.

Qualifications

• Make accurate cuts on each front half around the shoulder and scapula.
• Maintain low scrape scores while improving cut quality.
• Sharpen blades every 3–4 birds and change blades at breaks.
• Follow PPE and safety guidelines in a loud production environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare presentations for wing cutters.
• Maintain Simmons operating systems and quality standards.
• Coordinate with team to ensure best practices and policy adherence.
• Assist in continuous improvement and problem solving.
