Qualifications

• Must be able to read and understand scale and product numbers.
• Competencies: Communication skills & decision quality; ability to make good decisions and communicate with team and leadership.
• Industry preference for poultry or food processing organizations.

Responsibilities

• Uses knives to cut and trim chicken pieces to meet standards.
• Reads scales and matches weight and size specifications.
• Maintains proper table and scale operation and reports issues.
• Works on a moving conveyor belt and packs/weights product as required.
• Participates in team activities and supports ongoing improvements and LEAN practices.
