Simmons Prepared Foods Inc is seeking a Shoulder Cutter/Cone Loader/Wing Rounder SW for the day shift at their Southwest City, MO facility. This role focuses on precise cutting of front halves around the shoulder to prepare wings efficiently and safely.

You will work on-site in production, follow team procedures, maintain knife sharpness, and support continuous improvement initiatives while adhering to PPE and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Make an accurate cut on every front half around the shoulder and along the scapula.
• Pull the breast downward to separate meat from the frame.
• Monitor and improve cut while maintaining low scrape scores.
• Sharpen knife blade every 3–4 birds and change blades at each break.
• Prepare presentations for wing cutters.
• Participate in team development and follow team policies.
• Familiarize with Simmons operating systems and policies.
• Perform other duties to support business objectives.
