Simmons Prepared Foods Inc. is seeking a Shoulder Cutter SS for the night shift on-site in production. You will be responsible for precise processing of shoulder cuts, maintaining blade sharpness, and supporting the wing cutter presentation prep.

As part of a team, you’ll focus on cut accuracy, workflow efficiency, and adherence to team policies while contributing to overall production goals and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Make an accurate cut on every front half around the shoulder.
• Pull the breast downward to separate meat from the frame.
• Monitor and continuously improve cut quality while maintaining low scrape scores.

Responsibilities

• Sharpen knife blade as necessary, every 3 or 4 birds, and change blades at breaks.
• Prepare presentations for wing cutters.
• Participate as a team member, support cohesiveness, and communicate ideas for better synergy within the team.
