Job summary

The Winery Lead Associate at Biltmore is responsible for sales, exceptional guest service, and maintaining proficiency in all POS cash register functions. Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year of guest service experience.

• Attention to detail in cash handling and SOP adherence.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and assist with estate shopping experiences.
• Develop proficiency in all POS operations and cash handling.
• Maintain sales focus with upselling and cross-selling.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and shop duties.
• Document and teach SOPs; escalate issues as needed.
• Provide OJT to new hires and support floor coverage.
• Promote Vanderbilt Wine Club and relay club information to guests.
