Sixty Vines is hiring a Dishwasher/Porter to ensure a smooth flow of clean service ware and pots and pans while maintaining a clean and efficient work area. The role supports a high-volume restaurant environment with emphasis on safety and proper sanitation.

Responsibilities include operating and maintaining the dishwashing station, ensuring water temperatures and chemicals are correct, and collaborating with team members to deliver excellent guest service. Flexible schedules offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Stand for long periods.
• Lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks.
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification and practice proper sanitation procedures.

Responsabilités

• Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Set up/break down dishwashing machine.
• Wash all tableware, silverware, pots, and pans in a timely and orderly manner.
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen and work environment.
• Follow health and safety regulations, including maintaining a current Food Handler's Certification.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work.
• Communicate and work with coworkers and management as a team.
• Assemble/dismantle work station promptly.
