Job summary

City Winery seeks a dedicated Dishwasher to ensure proper cleanliness, sanitation of all dishes, utensils, pots and pans, and kitchen areas in our high-volume dining and events space.

You will load and unload dishwashers, restock, maintain equipment, assist with trash removal, and support management during peak periods. This role requires a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays in a fast-paced hospitality environment at City Winery.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume restaurant setting.
• Strong guest-service orientation and hospitality skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans using proper cleaning supplies.
• Load and unload dishwashers and restock clean dishes and utensils.
• Maintain clean and orderly kitchen work areas and equipment.
• Report inventory shortages or mechanical faults to supervisor.
