Job summary

St. Julian Winery in Paw Paw, Michigan, is seeking a Bottling Line Operator to join our award-winning production team.

You will help load bottles, operate bottling equipment, set up and breakdown production lines, and ensure quality as we bring our wines and juices to life at our Paw Paw facility. This role offers 10-hour shifts from Monday to Thursday (7:00 AM–5:30 PM) with significant overtime during harvest season (Sep 1 – Dec 15).

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically active tasks.
• Strong work ethic and team-first attitude.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends during busy seasons.
• Professional presence for occasional interactions with tour guests.
• Passion for learning and improving skills.
• Great time management and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with food safety practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pack cases with care and accuracy.
• Operate bottling equipment (rinser, corker, etc.) with confidence.
• Set up and break down production lines for smooth operations.
• Package a variety of wines and juices with attention to detail.
• Maintain top-tier quality assurance and cleanliness standards.
• Learn and master equipment to ensure smooth workflow.
• Promote a culture of safety and teamwork every day.
• Keep clear records of your work and assist during grape harvest season.
