NexTerra Wine Company in the Chicago area is seeking a full-time Production Assistant to join our Bottling Line team. You will rotate through dumping, stacking, bottling, and cleanup under supervision, with training provided for the right candidate.

The role emphasizes reliability, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced production environment. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lb, stand up to 10 hours, and work with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 18 to 50 pound cartons regularly.
• Ability to stand for long periods (up to 10 hours) and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates positive attitude, strong work ethic and integrity.
• Strict adherence to health, safety, and quality SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Position final product in palletized form under supervision.
• Prepare packaging materials to company standards.
• Rotate between dumping, stacking, bottling line, and cleanup as needed.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain accuracy and efficiency.
