Job summary

William Chris Wine Company is seeking a Bottling Line Operator to join our on-site production team in Texas. You will safely operate and monitor bottling lines, load materials, inspect finished products, and support line changeovers and sanitation.

No prior bottling or manufacturing experience is required; paid on-the-job training is provided. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn in a fast-growing wine company.

Qualifications

• No prior bottling or manufacturing experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions, SOPs, and safety labels.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor bottling and packaging equipment according to SOPs.
• Load bottles, closures, labels, and other packaging materials onto the line.
• Inspect bottles and finished product for proper fill level and quality; report issues.
• Report mechanical issues and perform basic line adjustments as trained.
• Complete line changeovers and perform line cleanup and sanitation.
• Follow safety, sanitation, quality, and production procedures; maintain clean area.
