Job summary

Cooper's Hawk Winery is seeking a friendly Tasting Room Attendant to transform tastings into memorable experiences. You will guide guests through our wines, explain retail items, and invite participation in our Wine Club while maintaining an inviting environment.

Applicants should be at least 21, with hospitality or food/beverage experience preferred. Weekend availability is a plus, and you will be part of a team that values guest connections and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in restaurants, retail, or wine environments preferred.
• Comfort speaking to guests about wine and the Wine Club.
• Flexible availability including weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through our wines and retail offerings with confidence.
• Restock and maintain product displays and station organization.
• Study Cooper's Hawk menu, retail items, and wines offered to guests.
• Assist with carryout orders and guest service in other areas when needed.
