Cooper’s Hawk Winery is seeking a Tasting Room Attendant to elevate guest experiences through friendly conversation, product knowledge, and genuine hospitality. You will guide guests through wines and retail items while inviting them to join our Wine Club, contributing to a memorable tasting journey.

The role emphasizes learning our food, wine, and retail offerings, maintaining a prepared station, and staying attentive to guest needs with flexible weekend availability.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• Experience in restaurants, retail, or wine environments preferred.
• Comfort speaking to guests about wine and the Wine Club.
• A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Flexible availability including weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Learn our food, wine, and retail offerings so you can confidently guide each guest.
• Prepare your station for service and keep it clean and stocked.
• Study Cooper’s Hawk menu, retail items, and wines offered to guests.
• Restock and maintain product displays.
• Support the team with carryout orders and guest service in other areas when needed.
• Communicate with team members to deliver smooth and memorable service.
• Welcome every guest warmly and answer questions about wine and our Wine Club.
• Proactively build relationships with guests and invite them to join the Wine Club.
• Introduce tastings and special retail items to enrich the guest experience.
