Job summary

Cooper’s Hawk Winery is seeking a warm, energetic Tasting Room Attendant to guide guests through wines and retail offerings with hospitality and knowledge. You will help create memorable experiences as part of a growing Wine Club community.

You will learn the menu, restock displays, support carryout, and work with the team to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurants, retail, or wine environments preferred.
• Comfort speaking to guests about wine and the Wine Club.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Flexible availability including weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Learn our food, wine, and retail offerings so you can confidently guide each guest.
• Prepare your station for service and keep it clean and stocked.
• Study Cooper’s Hawk menu, retail items, and wines that are offered to our guests.
• Restock and maintain product displays.
• Support the team with carryout orders and guest service in other areas when needed.
• Communicate with team members to deliver smooth and memorable service.
• Welcome every guest warmly and invite them to join the Wine Club.
