Delicato Family Wines seeks a Tasting Room Manager for the Francis Ford Coppola Winery in Geyserville, CA. You will lead the tasting room and retail team to deliver personalized guest experiences and drive conversions to purchases and wine club memberships.

Requirements include a high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred), 5+ years in tasting room or hospitality, and 3+ years winery management. You must be 21+ and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead tasting room operations and retail team to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Develop and execute sales initiatives to drive conversion and wine club memberships.
• Maintain service standards, scheduling, and staff development.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Public Relations, and Winemaking teams to align guest experiences with brand messaging.
• Monitor safety, compliance, and budget adherence.
