Job summary

Delicato Family Wines in Manteca seeks a Tasting Room Manager to provide day-to-day leadership and manage tasting room operations. You will set sales goals, develop promotions and events, and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role focuses on aligning staff with company policies, managing budgets, and ensuring safety and compliance while driving direct-to-consumer sales growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years combined work experience in tasting room, winemaking or hospitality.
• 3+ years management experience at a winery or related field.
• Must be 21 years of age to pour, serve, and taste wine.
• Responsible Beverage Service Certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day operations and team performance.
• Leads tasting room team to achieve goals and provide guest experiences.
• Develops sales strategies, promotions and events.
• Oversees guest service standards and tasting room experiences.
• Reviews monthly P&L and reconciles sales; supports budget adherence.
