Qualifications

• 5+ years combined work experience in tasting room, winemaking or hospitality.
• 3+ years management experience at a winery or related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• Must be 21 years of age to pour, serve, and taste wine.
• Responsible Beverage Service Certificate required; wine certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual tasting room sales plan and programs to achieve growth and conversion goals.
• Lead tasting room experiences with hands-on leadership and high guest service standards.
• Oversee daily sales reconciliation and bank deposits with accurate reporting.
• Drive tasting room and retail sales performance through clear goals and staff training.
• Collaborate with PR, Brand, Sales, and Winemaking to align experiences with brand strategy.
