Doubleback in Washington state seeks a Sales & Hospitality Manager to host tastings, build guest relationships, and drive tasting room sales. The role focuses on delivering a polished guest experience and strong brand storytelling throughout every interaction.

This on-site position emphasizes hands-on guest hosting, inventory awareness, and collaboration with ownership to ensure a consistent, high-quality Doubleback experience across all tastings and events.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Washington MAST Permit and Food Worker Card, or ability to obtain promptly after hire.
• Ability to lift and carry at least 40 pounds.
• Availability to work weekends, select evenings, events, and peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Personally host tastings and create a polished, welcoming Doubleback experience.
• Guide guests through the wines with confidence and brand knowledge.
• Drive tasting room sales through hospitality and storytelling.
• Support daily opening/closing, reservations, setup, and guest flow.
