Festival Foods in Chippewa Falls, WI is seeking a part-time Wine & Spirits Cashier to join our team. You will help guests find products, provide friendly, knowledgeable service, and assist with special orders.

You will work with department leaders to keep the wine and spirits area running smoothly, maintain accurate pricing, and ensure a safe, welcoming shopping experience for guests and associates.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old to sample products in wine/spirits department.
• Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with customers.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of safety requirements and company safety policies.
• Knowledge of equipment such as hand jack, baler, forklift, pallet jack, trash compactor, lifting techniques, and scanning procedures.

Responsibilities

• Be a Product Guide: help guests find items, offer recommendations, and take special orders.
• Deliver Great Service: answer questions, resolve concerns, ensure guests leave satisfied.
• Support the Team: work with associates and leadership to meet department goals.
• Keep Things Running: maintain inventory, pricing accuracy, and shelves.
