Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 to sample products.
• Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with customers.

• Ability to apply on-the-job safety training and operate listed equipment.

Responsibilities

• Be a Product Guide: help guests find items, offer recommendations, and take special orders.
• Deliver Great Service: answer questions, resolve concerns, and ensure every guest is supported.
• Support the Team: work with associates and leadership to meet department goals.
• Keep Things Running: maintain inventory levels, ensure pricing accuracy, and stock shelves.
• Operate the Register: check out purchases with accuracy.

• Honor Commitments: regular attendance and notice for absences.
