Job summary

Johnson Brothers Liquor Company in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Sales-focused professional to provide excellent customer service to accounts and manage in-store merchandising. You will build wine and beer displays, assist with store resets, and learn to grow business across multi-level accounts within an established territory.

The role requires lifting 40–60 lbs, a 21+ age with ABC permit eligibility, and willingness to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively.
• Clean driving record required.
• Must be 21 years old and qualify for ABC Wholesale Salesmen permit.
• Regular night, weekend and some holiday work required.
• Experience in Retail/Grocery environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to accounts.
• Stocking, merchandising, and rotating products on displays and the shelf.
• Build wine and beer displays in established territory.
• Assist in completing store resets in established territory.
• Facilitate resolution of customer service issues.
• Learn to develop and deliver sales presentations in a professional and effective manner.
• Learn to submit accurate and timely orders for customers.
• Learn to grow business in multi-level accounts selling diverse product portfolio.
• Provide value-added services to maximize sales.
• Maintain up-to-date awareness of company activities, industry trends and government regulations.
• Report daily and weekly activities within assigned territory.
