Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1-3 years in retail, bar tending or restaurant setting preferred.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Practice responsible alcohol service in accordance to local and state laws, including identification verification and intoxication prevention.
• Assist in all aspects of store operations, with focus on cleanliness, product displays, signage quality, safety and customer service.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered, and teaming up with co‑workers to provide excellent sales service.
• Maintains awareness of product knowledge and current trends.
• Set and achieve high standards in retail execution.
• Communicate regularly with Store Team Leaders regarding proper operations of the store.
• Operate POS, make change and accurately conduct credit card transactions and account for all monies at the end of each shift.
• Respond promptly to customer needs and questions, including answering the store phone system.
• Ensure all financial transactions are correct and maintain cash handling accuracy.
• All other duties as assigned
