Job summary

• Problem solving skills, especially in high stress situations
• Multi-tasking and prioritizing to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of all TABC regulations
• Progressive retail experience
• Product knowledge in wine and spirits

Responsibilities

• Practice responsible alcohol service in accordance with local and state laws, including ID verification and intoxication prevention
• Assist in store operations with focus on cleanliness, product displays, signage quality, safety and customer service
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on products and collaborating with coworkers
• Maintain knowledge of products and trends
• Set and achieve high standards in retail execution
• Operate POS, handle payments, and balance cash at end of shift
• Respond promptly to customer needs and questions
• All other duties as assigned
