Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1-3 years in retail, bar tending or restaurant setting preferred.
• Knowledge of alcohol laws and responsible service practices.

Responsibilities

• Practice responsible alcohol service in accordance with local and state laws, including ID verification and intoxication prevention.
• Assist in store operations including cleanliness, product displays, signage quality, safety and customer service.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable about products and collaborating with coworkers to provide excellent sales service.
• Maintain knowledge of products and current trends in wine and spirits.
• Set and uphold high standards in retail execution and store presentation.
• Communicate with Store Team Leaders regarding proper store operations.
• Operate POS, handle transactions, and balance cash at end of shift.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and assist as needed, including phone requests.
• Ensure accuracy of financial transactions and maintain change readiness.
