Job summary

Qualifications

Excellent analytical, organizational, and oral and written communication skills.
Progressive retail experience.
Product knowledge in wine and spirits; familiarity with TABC regulations.

Responsibilities

Practice responsible alcohol service in accordance to local and state laws, including identification verification and intoxication prevention.
Assist in all aspects of store operations, with emphasis on cleanliness, product displays, signage, safety and customer service.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on products offered and collaborating with coworkers to provide excellent sales service.
Maintain awareness of product knowledge and current or upcoming trends in wine and spirits.
Set and achieve high standards in retail execution and communicate with Store Team Leaders regarding operations.
