Responsibilities

• Practice responsible alcohol service per laws, including ID verification.
• Assist in store operations, with focus on cleanliness, displays, signage, safety and service.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through product knowledge and teamwork.
• Maintain knowledge of products and trends.
• Set and achieve high standards in retail execution.
• Communicate with Store Team Leaders on operations.
• Operate POS, handle cash/credit transactions and reconcile till.
• Answer customer questions and respond to requests.
• Maintain accuracy of transactions and cash handling.
• Other duties as assigned.
