Job summary

Total Wine & More in Daly City is seeking a Service Team Member to engage customers, drive sales, and assist with inventory, merchandising, and curbside pickup. You will greet customers, advise on products, stock shelves, build displays, and ensure safety and compliance with alcohol laws in a fast-paced retail environment.

We value flexibility with evenings and weekends, and prefer candidates with prior retail or POS experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and support curbside pickup and delivery when assigned.
• Deliver friendly service and inform customers about products and services.
• Participate in product training to build knowledge on wine, spirits and beer.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of promotions and loyalty programs.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and legal compliance in the store.
• Assist with merchandising, stocking and signage as needed.
• Load and deliver orders safely if delivery is an essential function.
