Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Service Team Member to help deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, and support merchandising and front-end tasks. You will greet customers, advise on products, and participate in wine, spirits, and beer training.

The role includes maintaining inventory, handling curbside orders, and ensuring a safe, compliant store environment while supporting various duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver exceptional service to build relationships.
• Maximize product inventory, stock merchandise, build displays, and fulfill orders.
• Assist with in-store and curbside pickup and delivery services as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of ads, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure store safety and compliance with alcohol laws.
