ABC Fine Wine & Spirits in Florida is seeking an Assistant Sales Consultant to deliver a memorable Guest experience and support daily store operations. You will greet Guests, learn about wine, spirits, beer, cigars, and other products, and maintain organized shelves while contributing to a team-driven atmosphere.

The role requires a 21+ age, flexibility for nights/weekends/holidays, and a willingness to learn. Training, employee discounts, and comprehensive benefits are part of the opportunity.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• No prior retail experience required, though previous customer-facing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide prompt, friendly service throughout their visit.
• Learn and share knowledge of wine, spirits, beer, cigars, and other products to promote sales.
• Support merchandising and store operations by keeping shelves clean, organized, and stocked.
• Stay current on training, policies, and product knowledge to ensure compliance and quality guest experience.
• Operate a POS system accurately, handling payments and applying discounts.
• Verify age for alcohol and tobacco purchases by checking IDs.
• Wrap and package purchases, offer carry-out service, and assist with gift basket creation.
• Assist with truck deliveries by unloading, stocking, and organizing inventory.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by store leadership.
