Job summary

ABC Fine Wine & Spirits in Crystal River, FL, seeks Assistant Sales Consultants to elevate guest experiences and support daily store operations. You will stock, merchandise, and assist customers with product recommendations while maintaining a clean, well-organized sales floor.

The role emphasizes initiative, teamwork, and strong product knowledge across wine, spirits, beer, and related items. Training is provided, and the position supports a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• No prior retail experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide prompt, friendly service.
• Learn wine, spirits, beer, cigars, and other products to promote sales.
• Maintain clean, organized shelves and assist merchandising.
• Operate POS accurately and handle payments.
• Verify age for alcohol purchases and ensure proper ID checks.
• Wrap and package purchases and assist with gift baskets.
• Assist with truck deliveries and stock organization.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by store leadership.
