Job summary

ABC Fine Wine & Spirits in Estero, FL is seeking a Sales Consultant to enhance Guest experiences and drive wine and spirits sales. You will provide personalized service, share knowledge, greet Guests, and assist with training and inventory tasks.

The role requires 21+ years of age, 6–12 months in wine/spirits or retail, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. This is a full-time position supporting store operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 6 months to 1 year of wine/spirits industry experience or related retail experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist Guests and team with wine and spirit recommendations.
• Greet Guests and provide excellent service to all Guests.
• Participate in mandatory classes and training sessions.
• Train and mentor the Assistant Sales Consultant and lead product knowledge education.
• Recommend wine and spirits based on style or event.
• Stay informed on training, policies and product knowledge.
• Market wine and spirits via in-store reviews, displays and signage.
• Restock floor and ensure correct pricing; support store operations.
• Maintain cleanliness of premises and assist with general upkeep.
• Operate POS system and process Guest transactions, coupons, discounts.
• Assist with truck deliveries and inventory organization.
• Verify age using proper ID and maintain Responsible Vendor status.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by store leadership.
