Job summary

Total Wine & More is hiring a Service Team Member in Roseville, MI to deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and advise customers on wine, spirits, and beer. You may also handle merchandising, front-end tasks, and curbside pickups.

You will greet customers, build relationships, participate in product training, and stay informed about promotions and loyalty programs. Flexibility for evenings/weekends and potential delivery duties are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps, placing signage, and supporting digital business operations.
• Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers, engaging to build relationships, and informing about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Ensure adherence to all laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol and maintain a safe store environment.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities as assigned and perform other duties as assigned.
• Load and deliver orders in a safe and professional manner, following company policies and procedures and abiding by traffic and safety laws.
