Job summary

Total Wine & More in Roseville, MI is seeking Seasonal Merchandisers to maximize product inventory, stock merchandise, build displays, and support online orders and curbside pickup. You will deliver exceptional service, greet customers, and help with wine, spirits and beer training while maintaining a clean and safe store and keeping up with promotions and loyalty programs.

Seasonal status applies, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends; must be 21+.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory by processing freight, stocking merchandise, and building displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and greet customers to develop relationships.
• Support online business operations including fulfilling orders and assisting with in-store and curbside pickup and delivery services.
• Deliver orders if assigned, following safety procedures.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and compliance with alcohol-sale laws.
• Complete cross-functional duties as needed and adhere to policies.
