Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking Store Team Members in Massachusetts to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales. You will engage with customers, advise on products, and support inventory management including stocking, signage, and curbside orders.

The role may involve merchandising, front-end duties, and fulfilling orders, with opportunities to participate in wine, spirits, and beer training while ensuring safety and compliance with alcohol regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience; retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software; flexible schedule required.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and drive sales by engaging customers and advising on products.
• Manage inventory, stock shelves, pull and deliver orders, and build displays.
• Assist with in-store and curbside pickup and delivery services as needed.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol sale laws.
