Job summary

Twin Liquors LP is seeking a retail team member to support store operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You will assist with product displays, signage, safety, and stock while applying knowledge of wine and spirits to help customers choose the right products.

Responsibilities include operating the POS, handling transactions, and maintaining accuracy. The role requires 21+ years of age, integrity, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment across shifts.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Strong knowledge of company policies, goals and standards.
• Ability to act with integrity, honesty and professionalism.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and oral and written communication skills.
• Desire to continually develop retail sales skills and knowledge of product and services.
• Demonstrate creativity in promoting sales, merchandising and/or marketing.
• Ability to follow directions and initiate completion of tasks without supervision.
• Problem solving skills, especially in high stress situations.
• Progressive retail experience and product knowledge in wine and spirits.

Responsibilities

• Practice responsible alcohol service in accordance to local and state laws, including identification verification and intoxication prevention.
• Assist in all aspects of store operations, with focus on cleanliness, product displays, signage quality, safety and customer service.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products and teaming up with co-workers to provide excellent sales service.
• Maintain awareness of product knowledge and current or upcoming product trends.
• Set and achieve the highest standards in retail execution.
• Communicate regularly with Store Team Leaders regarding proper operations of the store.
• Operate POS, make change and conduct credit card transactions accurately.
• Respond promptly to customer needs and questions, including answering the store phone system.
• Ensure all financial transactions are correct and maintain coin for making change.
• All other duties as assigned.
